Newsletters

Newsletters are sent by the Company only to subscribers who have opted to receive newsletters and/or have voluntarily submitted their e-mail address, with a view to receiving promotional messages. Such dispatch shall be absolutely compatible in technical terms with the correspondence regulations. The Company shall provide the subscribers to the Newsletter service with the option to have their addresses deleted from the mailing list. Opting in and opting out of the Newsletter service shall be carried out via a subscriber e-mail address authentication procedure.

The e-mail addresses of the Newsletter service subscribers shall be exclusively used for that purpose and for no other purpose. When a subscriber opts out of the mailing lists, their e-mail addresses shall be permanently deleted.
